About The Position

Apollo is looking to add a member to its Product Management Team focused on Apollo Aligned Alternatives (“AAA”). AAA is Apollo’s flagship ~$27bn evergreen diversified private markets strategy, providing institutional and wealth investors access to a diversified portfolio spanning private equity, structured equity, private credit, real assets and secondaries in a semi-liquid format. AAA represents one of the fastest growing and most strategic funds within Apollo.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with an excellent academic record
  • 1-3 years’ experience at an alternative asset manager and /or investor relations experience, is preferred
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a genuine willingness and desire to learn
  • Strong team player with an entrepreneurial predisposition and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Exhibited project management and follow-through skills; ability to manage multiple projects
  • Working knowledge of financial markets and alternative investments, including private equity, private credit and real assets
  • Strong writing skillset, including ability to synthesize complex financial concepts
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Capacity to discreetly handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Uncompromising integrity and professionalism
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with a wide variety of internal and external constituents
  • Resourceful; strong organizational skills
  • Experience with AI models and ability to leverage them to drive efficiency and process enhancement
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop expertise in AAA, including its investment strategy, portfolio construction, and investor access points, in order to serve as a key resource to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of fund marketing materials and presentations
  • Draft and complete monthly and quarterly reporting including fund updates, webcasts, and ad hoc portfolio updates
  • Support capital formation through sales engagement, pipeline development, and opportunity targeting
  • Respond to prospect and investor inquiries and questionnaires to support new and existing opportunities
  • Facilitate the fund diligence process by addressing questionnaires, organizing diligence sessions, and engaging with prospects to ensure all questions are addressed
  • Work with client portfolio managers and product specialists to prepare materials for investor meetings and conferences
  • Drive cross collaboration on ad hoc projects with investment, finance, compliance and legal teams to support continued product growth
