About The Position

Genetec is looking for a Product Line Specialist to join its Product Line Management team. In this role, you will work at the intersection of technology, sales, and partners, providing technical support that enables commercial success and high-quality integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical support, sales engineering, product support, or systems integration
• Strong understanding of IP-based systems (ONVIF, RTSP/RTSPS, analytics, audio/video streaming)
• Experience working with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (this role requires interaction with our international collaborators and customers)

Responsibilities

• Support Sales and Sales Engineering during pre-sales, RFPs, and large customer projects
• Validate device compatibility, firmware requirements, and feature support
• Act as a technical point of contact for technology partners
• Support device and firmware certification requests (video, audio, analytics, plugins)
• Create and manage demo licences for partners and customers
• Analyse integration behaviour and coordinate with Product, R&D, and Support teams
