Product Line Representative Intern
About The Position
The Product Line Intern – Trading Group position at AAR is a 10-week learning opportunity focused on the Supply Chain within the Commercial Aviation Industry. The intern will utilize relationship-building skills to source, repair, and supply Used Serviceable Material (USM) to airline customers globally. They will work collaboratively to provide material solutions, product quotes, and technical answers to the global sales staff. Additionally, the intern will gain experience analyzing engines and airframes for acquisition using financial information. Performance Objectives include learning and development opportunities with key individuals in the organization, project management where the intern will own a real AAR scenario project, present findings to AAR Leadership, and gain business acumen by understanding global business operations and the intricacies of the Trading division.
Requirements
- GPA of 3.0 or better

Responsibilities
- Source, Repair and Supply USM Material to Airline Customers around the world.
- Provide material solutions, product quotes, and technical answers to a global Sales staff.
- Analyze Engines, and Airframes with the intent to acquire.
- Take ownership of a project for a real AAR scenario, working together with your intern peers and presenting to AAR Leadership with viable solutions.
- Gain a solid understanding of how a global organization conducts business while learning the intricate details of the Trading division.
