About The Position

Support the Product Line Management department in building the Product Library to create marketing literature and standard pricing. This position requires project management skills with an emphasis on aligning data and understanding customer needs. This is a non-exempt, part-time role.

Requirements

• Active student in a college or university.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and other team members.
• Ability to perform necessary calculations to satisfy job requirements.
• Ability to make judgment decisions based on specifications or technical requirements.
• Knowledge of database, spreadsheet, and word processing software, electronic mail, statistical software, graphics, technical diagrams, flow charts, etc.

Responsibilities

• Support standardized pricing activities by organizing historical pricing data
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations and Supply Chain to gather and update costing
• Prepare product overviews and benefits to support new marketing materials
• Review technical bulletins to confirm grammatical accuracy
• Participate in team meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
• Perform other duties as required
• Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures, reporting unsafe activities to Management and/or Human Resources
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
• Contribute to building a positive team spirit
• Communicate effectively with subordinates and management at all levels
• Protect confidential information by not communicating, disclosing to, or using for benefit of third parties
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Maintain the highest degree of honesty and integrity at all times
