About The Position

As a Product Lifecycle New Product Project Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the successful introduction of new products to market. You will lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, ensuring critical milestones are achieved, risks are proactively mitigated, and rigorous quality standards are upheld. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on product development or product lifecycle management.
  • Consistent track record leading complex, cross-functional projects within a fast-paced environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) methodologies and tools.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
  • Validated experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Prior experience within the technology or networking industry.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for New Product Introductions (NPI), from initial concept through to launch and post-launch support.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Facilitate seamless collaboration between Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Strategic Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in close partnership with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify, track, and resolve project risks and issues to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor project performance, manage budget allocations, and provide consistent status updates to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process enhancements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our product lifecycle management frameworks.
