About The Position

The Product Leader owns and drives strategic relationships with senior healthcare executives while leading the discovery, design, development, and deployment of AI-powered assistants and workflow automation solutions powered by LLM technologies. This client-facing role requires traveling to health system sites to conduct discovery sessions, deeply understand complex clinical and operational workflows, and translate those insights into validated AI product opportunities. The Product Leader is responsible for the full product lifecycle—from initial stakeholder alignment and workflow mapping through rapid prototyping, deployment, and evaluation. They translate strategic alignment with clients into effective, scalable tools that transform business operations, ensuring solutions are grounded in real-world healthcare environments.
