Join our Product team to gain practical experience in the digital product development process! As a Product Intern, you will assist the Product Management team throughout multiple phases of the product lifecycle. Your contributions will support the team responsible for optimizing the end-to-end Fan experience, with an emphasis on mobile applications and digital touchpoints. Product Interns will each be assigned to one of three focus areas: Loyalty, Frictionless Commerce, or Fan App. The intern focused on Loyalty will support analysis, product marketing initiatives, process documentation, and cross-functional coordination to help improve fan engagement experiences. The intern focused on Frictionless Commerce will support product operations, issue troubleshooting, rollout testing, and process documentation to help ensure a seamless experience for staff-facing digital products. The intern focused on Fan App will support the Product Manager by analyzing existing app functionality, documenting product requirements, and conducting user testing to identify opportunities to improve the pre-event fan experience and other app features.
