About The Position

The Product Industrialization Test Engineer supports the transition of products from design to manufacturing by developing, improving, and industrializing test and manufacturing processes. The role focuses on low‑complexity projects, applying Lean Manufacturing principles to ensure reliable, efficient, and compliant production within a regulated medical device environment. Your role: You will support manufacturing process development and test industrialization activities, ensuring smooth integration of product specifications into stable and efficient production processes. You will apply Lean Manufacturing and Design for Lean Manufacturing principles within the Product Development Lifecycle Management process to improve efficiency and reduce production challenges. You will release Manufacturing Bills of Materials and manage master data, ensuring accurate execution of manufacturing and test processes. You will implement and support process, tooling, and equipment improvements across the manufacturing system, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements. This role offers hands‑on development in regulated manufacturing, exposure to product industrialization activities, and opportunities to build technical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of industry experience in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment, working as an individual contributor in engineering testing, or similar roles.
  • Compliance documentation skills.
  • Test protocol execution and reporting skills.
  • Basic programming or coding experience (any language).
  • Analytical problem solving skills.
  • Familiarity with statistical methods and manufacturing processes.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Detail-oriented engineer with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work within defined procedures.
  • Motivation to continuously improve processes, tools, and production outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Support manufacturing process development and test industrialization activities, ensuring smooth integration of product specifications into stable and efficient production processes.
