Requirements

Deep domain expertise within the transportation and logistics industry, with strong insight into complex operational workflows.
Proven capability to learn software products deeply and identify high-value functionality gaps.
Experience utilizing AI-assisted tools for research, analysis, rapid prototyping, or problem-solving.
Exceptional customer communication, system discovery skills, and high quality standards.
Ability to operate autonomously with high comfort in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Nice To Haves

Practical experience with finance and accounting processes within transportation operations.
Familiarity with modern technology stacks including Azure, C#, React, Postgres, Kafka, or SQL Server.

Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive operational discovery directly with customers to identify true business challenges across the full order-to-cash lifecycle.
Rapidly build and validate working proofs of concept using AI-driven coding tools to address specific operational gaps.
Guide transportation customers through the complete implementation lifecycle, from discovery and system migration through go-live and ongoing monitoring.
Collaborate with engineering teams to translate customer insights and implementation patterns into continuous core product enhancements.
