About The Position
This role involves loading and unloading parts onto paint lines in an industrial environment. The position requires the ability to work effectively as part of a team at a fast pace, identify defects on materials, and ensure the correct assembly of products. Maintaining adequate material supply for continuous processing and adhering to the 5S system for work area maintenance are key responsibilities. The employee must also report any abnormalities to the paint line supervisor and be able to lift up to 40lbs continuously throughout the day. The work is performed in an indoor setting with weather-dependent temperatures and can be fast-paced. Proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be utilized at all times in the production area.

- Perform job duties in an ethical and professional manner
- Proper PPE must be utilized at all times while in the production area
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs continuously throughout the day
- Knowledge of the 5S system
