About The Position

The Product Hanger is responsible for loading and unloading parts on the paint line. This role requires the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced industrial environment, identify material defects, and correctly assemble products. A working knowledge of the 5S system is necessary for maintaining the work area. The position involves continuous lifting of up to 40lbs throughout the day. Proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be utilized at all times in the production area. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Requirements

• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
• Effective interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are required
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs continuously throughout the day
• Proper PPE must be utilized at all times while in the production area

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts on the paint line
• Load and unload parts onto the coat and powder lines
• Work as part of a team at a fast pace in an industrial environment
• Identify defects in material while assembling products correctly
• Maintain the work area in accordance with the 5S system
• Report any abnormalities to the paint line supervisor
