About The Position

Our distribution center is hiring energetic, team oriented individuals to work in our fast pace warehouse! Working as Full-time Product Handling Lead, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Product Handling department. You will help facilitate the movement of product throughout the distribution center to company owned branches. You will consolidate product, restock locations and move inventory within the distribution center. You will provide guidance to ensure operations are completed correctly, efficiently and on time. Requirements

18 years of age or older
Proficient written and oral communication skills
Proficient computer skills
Work independently as well as in a team environment
Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
Lead and motivate a team of employees
Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
Willingness to work a flexible schedule/extra time as needed
Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 100lbs
Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
