We're looking for a Product Growth Marketer who will become the voice of stream to our members—the workers who use our app every day. This isn't a traditional marketing role. You'll sit embedded in the product team, owning how we communicate with employees across every touchpoint: in-app messaging, push notifications, email campaigns, financial education content, and lifecycle communications. You'll translate complex financial products into clear, empathetic, action-driving messages that help people take control of their money. You'll work at the intersection of product, data, and storytelling—testing, learning, and optimizing how we speak to members to drive engagement, adoption, and real financial behavior change.
