The Product Graphic Designer will work closely with the Rawlings and Easton design and product teams to bring innovative, best-in-class product experiences to life across multiple categories. This role goes beyond traditional graphic design, focusing on holistic product execution. This position will support a wide range of product categories including bats, gloves, bags, protective equipment, helmets, apparel, and accessories. Responsibilities include developing colorways, product graphics, and help with branding systems, as well as contributing to packaging design and marketing asset creation for product launches. A key component of this role is the ability to deliver high-level product renderings and visual storytelling, requiring proficiency in tools such as KeyShot and Adobe Creative Suite. The ideal candidate understands how graphics translate onto physical products and can critically evaluate execution, materials, and manufacturing processes to ensure premium results. This role requires strong collaboration across Design, Product, Development, and Marketing teams, with a high level of ownership in communication, prioritization, and project management.
