Our thesis is simple: acquire great firms, then make them materially better through shared technology and scale. The first part is working. The second part needs dedicated owners. This role is the 10x multiplier for our tech pods in each vertical. PX sits between our portfolio companies and our product engineering team, owning the full product lifecycle from onboarding through ongoing adoption. You'd turn our application capabilities into real, working workflows inside each firm - leveraging AI, automation, and vibe-coded utilities to build repeatable playbooks that scale across the portfolio without sacrificing quality. This is not a support role. It's a strategic operator role for someone who speaks professional services and product, and is excited about being accountable for making our portfolio companies genuinely successful with our products.

Requirements

4-7 years of experience (aligned to Manager or Senior Manager level).
Experience as an engineer, in management consulting, SaaS implementation, solutions engineering, product management, or product operations.
Comfortable with technical aspects, able to leverage internal tools, and independently vibe code solutions.
Understanding of how professional services firms operate, their workflows, and what 'good' looks like in their world.
Ability to translate messy firm needs into clear engineering requirements, prioritize a backlog, and make tradeoff decisions.
Experience solving messy operational problems, thriving in ambiguity, and working directly with real businesses.
Instinctive project management skills to manage parallel workstreams like data migration, IT setup, billing, configuration, and training.
Clear and convincing communication skills for leading demo sessions, roadmap reviews, and change management conversations with firm leadership and staff.
Ability to present to senior operators and build buy-in without a script.

Responsibilities

Drive and project manage the end-to-end product onboarding for each new portfolio company, including product solutioning, data migration, tooling consolidation, billing setup, and initial product training.
Set up measurement infrastructure from day one, defining and instrumenting baseline product and business metrics, building and managing reports and dashboards, and creating the data layer to articulate platform efficiency.
Own the ongoing relationship and product experience for onboarded firms, including leading regular roadmap review sessions and product demo walkthroughs, triaging incoming requests and issues, and managing the pipeline for tech pod consumption.
Tailor existing tools to niche firm use cases using configurations, internal tools, and vibe coding.
Provide value-add support through enabling automated reporting and billing, and conducting ongoing education, documentation, and change management to drive adoption.
