Product Engineering Intern Job Description As a Product Engineering Intern at MACOM Technology Solutions, you will be a key team member of the Product Engineering team responsible for the release of a diverse portfolio of RF & microwave semiconductor products into mass production. The Product Engineer’s role includes the development of production tests plans to verify product performance, the design and debug of RF test boards for automated test equipment and the statistical analysis of data using sound statistical methodology in order to set test limits and datasheet specifications. To accomplish these tasks, the Product Engineer will interact closely with Design Engineering, Test Engineering, Applications, Marketing, and Reliability Engineering to analyze and resolve issues, as they relate to sample, pre-production and full production release of a product. You will work with internal and offshore test facilities to release products to production. A candidate for this position should be a US person, working towards an Electrical Engineering degree and be able to collaborate with multiple engineering disciplines at different geographical location worldwide.
