About The Position
TrashLab is a vertical AI agent and system of record platform that powers waste haulers & recyclers across the US and Canada. Our software runs the operational stack - CRM, dispatch and routing, billing, scale and recycling workflows, driver app, and customer portal - and our AI agents are starting to do real work in the truck, at the scale house, and on the phones. Haulers use TrashLab to grow their revenue and better serve their customers. We are revolutionizing a $100B+ year industry with cutting edge technology in an industry that is used to dealing with web 1.0 tools and inefficiencies. Our growth is rapid: 3x year over year, and present in 40+ states. We're rebuilding the category, AI-first, from the ground up. On the back of a fresh round of funding, we're hiring the team that will define what modern hauler software looks like for the next decade. We move fast and care deeply about the operators we serve.
Requirements
- You have 10+ agents building features and researching problems at this very moment.
- You have excellent product and design taste.
- You have a strong engineering background, building and shipping products at scale.
- You want to directly drive revenue and customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Talk to customers, ideating, designing and shipping production solutions to their most pressing problems.
- Maintain a high bar for engineering and product quality.
- Optimize our systems to increase quality, efficiency, and velocity all at once.
