About The Position

At Coframe, we are building a future where user and agent interfaces can adapt, evolve, and personalize themselves. We are a primarily in-person company based in San Francisco. We are well-capitalized with backing from Khosla Ventures, Nat Friedman, the founder of Android, and others. We are generating revenue, growing rapidly, and trusted by companies you definitely know. Our team is small and talent-dense, consisting of competitive programmers, former founders (our founder previously co-founded a unicorn), and AI researchers from top institutions who have created a few of the most popular OSS code generation projects. This role is for a Product Engineer / Product Manager who will be owning and driving metrics of one of the product-lines. The company is looking for people who have built and shipped products.

Requirements

• Skills to navigate user problems and solution space
• Urge to move fast and deliver value here and now
• Experience building with AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Devin, etc.
• Good taste for product and design
• Clear communications with technical and non-technical parts.
• Context to keep many moving parts and prioritize fast across them.

Nice To Haves

• A traditional engineering background is a plus

Responsibilities

• Talk to users every day, watch recordings and check funnels
• Ship improvements fast to production
• Build v0 and hand off more complex features
• Contribute to people and process part of the solution, not just technology.
• Ensure product is moving according to vision and business goals.
• Help adopt AI building skills across all teams
