Their platform transforms fragmented investment data — PDFs, emails, spreadsheets, and proprietary research — into secure, searchable institutional intelligence for top investment firms. The company is solving one of financial services’ hardest infrastructure challenges: enabling firms to operationalize decades of proprietary knowledge through secure AI systems. Requirements

• 2–8 years of software engineering experience
• Strong full-stack product engineering experience
• Production experience with React + TypeScript
• Backend depth in Python or Node.js
• Experience shipping customer-facing products
• Strong product intuition
• Experience building scalable APIs and data models
• Fast execution velocity
• Comfortable working directly with customers
• Strong ownership mindset
• Willing to work fully onsite in SF or NYC

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack product features end-to-end
• Design intuitive workflows for financial users
• Build APIs powering integrations across external systems
• Develop ingestion pipelines for unstructured financial data
• Build secure knowledge systems for sensitive enterprise data
• Work directly with customers to identify workflow pain points
• Ship product improvements rapidly based on user feedback
• Build reliable LLM-powered product workflows
• Design evaluation systems for AI reliability
• Build scalable backend services
• Improve platform performance and system reliability
• Help define product architecture from the ground up
• Raise engineering quality across the organization
