You will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and AI, owning end-to-end development of new, high-impact experiences across our marketplace. The role operates between our product and engineering team, with a focus on rapid prototyping, experimentation and bringing 0→1 ideas to life. You will build and ship products that directly shape trust and experience for millions of clinicians, from detecting and preventing misleading job data (like inaccurate pay) to creating AI-powered agents and profile-building tools. Requirements

Experience as a product engineer, full-stack engineer, in a hybrid PM/engineering role or a strong track record of rapidly prototyping products end-to-end
Ability to build and ship quickly, with a portfolio of 0→1 or experimental products
Comfort working with AI/LLM tools and a curiosity for applying them in real-world products
Product mindset, you think deeply about user problems and take ownership beyond just implementation
Experience working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where priorities evolve
Strong technical foundation across frontend and backend development
Interest in trust, safety, and building systems that create transparency and reliability for users

Responsibilities

Rapidly prototype and ship new product experiences, from concept to production, with a strong bias toward action
Design and build AI-powered features such as an intelligent profile builder
Own product decisions alongside technical implementation, balancing user experience, business impact, and feasibility
Leverage modern AI tools and frameworks to accelerate development and unlock new capabilities
Talk directly to candidates, recruiters, and internal subject-matter experts to identify product problems to solve
Understand our job marketplace dynamics in detail, including the business impact of your work
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, data, and go-to-market teams to bring ideas to life
