Product Engineer - AI Control Plane
About The Position
Speakeasy provides the AI control plane for enterprises, helping companies securely scale AI usage with a platform to centrally manage MCPs, Skills, and Assistants. The platform enables enterprises and fast-moving startups to leverage enterprise identity systems to secure access to MCP servers, secure agent sessions, provide easy-to-use primitives to build new MCPS, skills, and assistants, and deeply understand AI usage within an organization. This is a unique, high-impact opportunity to join a passionate team working on an early product, collaborating directly with founders and customers. The role requires strong generalists and product engineers driven about crafting well-engineered products, with the ability to architect and scale modern web infrastructure, craft intuitive developer UIs, build web services in Golang, or build on open protocols like MCP.
