About The Position

Levelpath is seeking a Product Enablement Lead to act as the crucial link between product development and the go-to-market teams. This role is responsible for ensuring that sales, solutions consulting, partners, customers, and support teams have a deep and rapid understanding of the product. The Product Enablement Lead will transform new releases into comprehensive training materials, certifications, and demo-ready workflows. This is a high-visibility position at the intersection of product and go-to-market strategy, offering significant opportunities for growth into a team lead role as the enablement function expands. The position is full-time and based at the San Francisco Headquarters.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in sales engineering, solutions consulting, product enablement, or a product-adjacent field role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Ability to quickly learn technical products and explain them clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong demo skills and comfort with building within the product.
  • Clear communication and confident presentation skills, effective in live settings, webinars, on stage, and asynchronously.
  • Experience building or managing enablement or education programs.
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work from the San Francisco office.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in procurement, fintech, or ERP/spend-management.
  • Experience building demo environments.
  • Experience running a customer or partner academy.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the go-to product expert for the go-to-market organization, including AEs, SCs, customer support, partners, and customers.
  • Design and deliver product training for various audiences through live sessions, self-paced content, and certification checkpoints.
  • Onboard new hires, ensuring they are field-ready quickly.
  • Manage new-release showcases, translating product updates into actionable information (what it is, who it's for, how to demo it, how to talk about it) and disseminating it to the field within days of release.
  • Develop and maintain custom demo workflows and demo data tailored to key personas and industries for use by sales representatives and SCs.
  • Contribute to and enhance demo certification processes to ensure consistent readiness of sales representatives.
  • Take ownership of customer and partner enablement programs, such as Ranger Academy.
  • Conduct marketing webinars and represent Levelpath at events, demonstrating the product live to key audiences.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to relay field feedback and influence future product development based on insights gathered from all trained audiences.
