About The Position

Pride Health / Russell Tobin is supporting a leading manufacturing and technology organization that has a contract opening for a Product EHS Data & Compliance Specialist. This role involves gathering, organizing, and maintaining various types of data to support Product EHS and regulatory compliance initiatives. The specialist will be responsible for organizing product ID lists, maintaining project tracking files, grouping products into families, and supporting Bill of Material (BOM) management. Key tasks include identifying and resolving BOM and raw material data issues, extracting and validating raw material data, preparing data packages for suppliers and internal systems, and creating/supporting Product EHS Life Cycle Management (LCM) records. The role also requires maintaining project status trackers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely completion of EHS data packages and regulatory documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, Chemistry, Biology, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • 0–3 years of experience supporting product data management, regulatory compliance, EHS, engineering, manufacturing, or related functions.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data organization.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with SKU, BOM, product, or raw material data is highly preferred.
  • Experience with SAP, PLM, BOM management systems, or other product data management platforms.
  • Familiarity with Product EHS, regulatory compliance, or product stewardship processes.
  • Prior experience with client’s systems such as CDMS, LCMS, SAP, or PLM is a plus.
  • Strong project coordination or project management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, organize, and maintain manufacturing, plant, application, business, and product data to support Product EHS and regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Organize product ID lists into tracking waves and maintain accurate project tracking files.
  • Group products into appropriate product families (e.g., foam, acoustics, electronics, and other categories).
  • Support Bill of Material (BOM) lookup, collection, validation, and tracking across internal systems and manufacturing sites.
  • Identify, track, and follow up on missing, incomplete, or unresolved BOMs and raw material information.
  • Extract raw material data from BOMs and perform quality checks to identify data gaps and inconsistencies.
  • Prepare raw material data packages for supplier follow-up and downstream Product EHS processes.
  • Prepare and enter approved product formulation and raw material information into designated Product EHS systems.
  • Create and support Product EHS Life Cycle Management (LCM) records and route completed records to subject matter experts (SMEs) for review.
  • Maintain accurate trackers for project status, open items, and stakeholder handoffs while escalating issues to project leads as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of Product EHS data packages and regulatory documentation.
