Requirements

8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
Experience in payments with a deep understanding of payables and the related methods of payments
Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions

Experience with healthcare payments or a closely related field.
MBA preferred

Responsibilities

Accountable for product vision, roadmap execution, risk management, and business growth outcomes, with a focus on healthcare claim payments and clearinghouse-enabled remittance flows.
Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets for B2B healthcare claim payments and healthcare clearinghouses
Experience building healthcare ecosystems and relationships with trading partners
Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new capabilities/methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets such as cost, features, reusability, reliability, and scalability.
Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives
Partners with Technology, Operations, Risk/Compliance/Legal, and client-facing teams to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and deliver outcomes across complex, regulated payment and data flows.
