About The Position
We are looking for a Product Development Specialist to support sourcing and product development initiatives across our growing product portfolio. This role is focused on coordinating supplier communications, managing product development timelines, tracking samples and quotations, and ensuring sourcing projects stay organized and on schedule. Responsibilities
- Conduct supplier and manufacturer research to identify potential sourcing partners across global markets
- Assist with supplier outreach, follow-up communications, and relationship management
- Track and organize supplier quotations, product specifications, and sample requests
- Coordinate sample shipments, monitor delivery timelines, and collect feedback from internal teams
- Maintain sourcing databases, supplier records, and project documentation for accuracy and organization
- Support supplier evaluations through price comparisons and basic cost analysis
- Monitor supplier timelines and follow up to ensure samples, quotations, and production milestones are completed on schedule
- Collaborate with Product Development and Quality teams to track product requirements, approvals, and project status
- Prepare sourcing reports and provide updates on supplier progress, timelines, and outstanding action items
- Help identify and escalate sourcing delays, risks, or issues that may impact project timelines
