The Product Development Sourcing Manager is responsible for managing global spend and projects within their area, potentially serving as a global lead on specific subcategories. Collaboration with MBS/SBS organizations and influencing peers and management on technical challenges are also crucial. The role requires leading and mentoring within the team, championing change, and leveraging analytical and negotiation skills to resolve complex business issues. The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with a strong understanding of business requirements and project management principles, along with flexibility, innovative thinking, and advanced communication skills, is essential.
