About The Position

The Investment Product Development Manager is an individual contributor who leads evaluation, design, development, and launch of new or enhanced investment products across the firm's platform. The role turns client needs, market opportunities, investment capabilities, and regulatory requirements into commercially viable solutions. Products may include mutual funds, ETFs, CITs, private funds, and emerging digital-asset or tokenized structures. The role owns products from concept through discovery, implementation, and post-launch review, working across asset classes, vehicles, and distribution channels. It develops evidence-based business cases, defines product and operating requirements, aligns senior stakeholders, and leads complex cross-functional initiatives to bring products to market. Near- and medium-term priorities may include fixed-income, multi-asset, real-asset, ETF and wrapper capability development, offshore and cross-border fund expansion, digital-asset and tokenized fund initiatives, and strategic partnerships. Priorities may change with client needs, regulation, and enterprise strategy. The position offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, with an in-office expectation of three or more days per week and flexibility to work outside the office for the remaining days.
