Requirements

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Professional or academic experience with semiconductor equipment, automation, or robotics is preferred
Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills.
Having a systematic understanding of robotic hardware and complex equipment issues is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the division, as well as with customers, vendors, and cross-cultural teams.
Team-oriented with a can-do attitude and willingness to perform hands-on work.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
15% domestic and international travel required.
Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years

Responsibilities

Design and develop new features for KLA handler systems and characterize system performance based on customer needs.
Define, document, and maintain system requirements to meet project objectives.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to qualify systems and validate functionality.
Perform detailed system root cause analysis to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Provide engineering support for new system installations and customer escalations.
Collaborate with Product and Program Managers to ensure project milestones are met.
