About The Position

Ensure effective control of product development and modification process, responsible for planning, verifying, confirming, maintaining and promoting new product process, improve product development quality and reduce development cost. Assist with reviewing commercial quotation materials and lists.

Requirements

Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers.
Above 1 years of working experience in the factory or in development.
Bachelor Degree in mechanical in Mechanical Engineering, Design, Automation or Technology

Adaptive to long-term travelling
Strict executive force and the rigorous scholarship of technician
Proficient in office software such as WORD, EXCEL, Project, Foxmail
Compile and review APQP documents such as (failure mode verification (FMEA), feature list, process diagram, etc.)
Product surveying capability, equipment capacity and production capacity, product technical document preparation, product process planning and development and manufacturing technique
CAD and three-dimensional software operating ability
APQP contents specified in manufacturer manual, equipped with electronic data analysis capability, familiar with customer requirement and national standard and regulation regarding vehicle glasses.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Nice To Haves

Those proficient in three-dimensional software UG, CATIA, APQP and experience in project development are preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsible for ARG product quotation, technical process, development and confirmation of product standard requirement.
Implement ECR
Responsible for technical analysis and development of new category/product (including new sample pieces) and conforming product standard requirement.
Responsible allocating and tracking product tasks during trail-production and inspecting & accepting the debugging result.
Responsible for making and tracking product mold inspection tool.
Responsible for monitoring the sample sending progress.
Responsible for product tooling design and development.
Responsible for confirming loaded product status after development (if necessary).
Responsible for process supervision
