About The Position

You will own new products from the initial idea phase all the way to being ready for sale. This involves staying current with trends, contributing your own product ideas, and designing products when necessary. You will provide production teams with precise specifications, including sizes and detailed designs, to facilitate sample creation and final production. In cases where a new design isn't required, you will develop a clear plan for market introduction and collaborate with the production team to understand feasibility and constraints. While our production team is robust, full technical packs are not always necessary. Your role includes clarifying any ambiguities that might impede the production process. (Note: Product page content creation will be handled by our designer and UI/UX team after a successful trial period.)

Requirements

• Very tapped into trends, social media, and TikTok.
• Ability to design jewelry, charms, and accessories, or other product ideas.
• Ability to take a product idea needing little or no new design, figure out execution with production, and problem-solve until ready to sell.
• Portfolio with previous product designs (jewelry and other).
• Comfortable giving exact sizes and details.
• Moves fast and follows up without being chased.
• Good written English for async work with the team.

Nice To Haves

• DTC / Shopify product experience.
• AI-native: can make quick renders and mockups with AI.
• Worked with a production team before.
• Experience with tech packs (helpful when needed; full tech packs are often not required here).

Responsibilities
