Product Development Coordinator

Shameless Foods•Santa Ana, CA
•$55,000 - $72,000•Onsite

About The Position

Shameless Snacks makes low-sugar gummy candy that tastes like the real thing. Every bag has 3g of sugar, is packed with fiber, and is vegan and gluten-free. Our lineup of sour and fruit gummies (worms, bears, peach rings, Cherry Bomb, Green Apple Blast, and more) is sold on Amazon, DTC, and at major retailers across the country. Shameless is part of eJam, a bootstrapped consumer products company that has built, scaled, and exited multiple brands without taking a dollar of outside capital. That means you get the focus of a single brand with the resources and playbook of a team that has taken products from zero to eight figures more than once. Small team, no bureaucracy, massive ownership. If you want to learn how a food brand actually gets built, from flavor development and co-manufacturing to packaging, labeling, and landing on retail shelves, there's no faster education than this. We're looking for a Product Development Coordinator to drive new product development for Shameless Snacks. This is a hands-on role at the center of our innovation pipeline. You'll: Research new flavor, format, and line-extension opportunities, and evaluate the better-for-you candy category and competitive landscape Coordinate with our manufacturers and ingredient suppliers, including overseas partners, on formulation, samples, and production timelines Manage sample rounds and taste testing, tracking feedback on flavor, texture, and shelf stability Own packaging development with our design team, including nutrition panels, claims, and label approvals Track every project timeline from idea to production-ready, and present progress to leadership weekly You'll be the person who takes a new Shameless product from concept to launch-ready, working directly with the CEO and across our marketing, marketplace, and retail teams from day one.
