About The Position

BCI is seeking an organized, technology-savvy Product Development Assistant to support its Product Development Team in a fast-paced apparel design department. The role supports fabric and print development, timeline tracking, system maintenance, and follow-up throughout the development process. It offers an opportunity to contribute to the team while helping keep development activities and records organized. The position involves significant data entry in a creative work environment. The salary range for this full-time role is $20.00–$25.00 per hour. A fashion background is preferred.

Requirements

Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to enter and maintain data accurately.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with good communication skills.
Self-motivated problem solver with a flexible attitude.
Proficient in Excel and Adobe Photoshop.

Nice To Haves

Background in fashion.
Knowledge of Centric PLM and/or Exenta system.
BA in fashion design or product development.

Responsibilities

Support the Product Development and Design teams and maintain records across multiple seasons.
Enter and update strike-off and lab dip requests, comments, and data in PLM systems.
Create and manage Excel fabric charts tracking seasonal development of divisions’ fabrications.
Organize and track incoming and outgoing development materials.
Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and development documents.
Provide additional administrative and project support to leadership and the broader team.
