About The Position

Our Product Development Team is looking for an organized and technology savvy Product Development Assistant to work within a fast-paced apparel design department. The Product Development Assistant will provide day-to-day support to the team by helping manage fabric and print development, tracking timelines, maintaining systems, and assisting with follow-up throughout the development process. This is a great opportunity to learn and contribute to the Product Development Team, while doing important work to keep everything organized. This position works within a creative environment; however, the responsibilities of this candidate include significant data entry. Requirements

Strong computer skills with good Microsoft Suite proficiency
Strong attention to detail with skills to accurately enter and maintain data.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with good communication skills.
Self-motivated, problem solver with a flexible attitude
Proficient in Excel and Adobe Photoshop

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Centric PLM and/or Exenta system a plus.
BA in fashion design or product development a plus.

Responsibilities

Support Product Development and Design teams and help maintain records over multiple seasons.
Enter and update strike-off and lab dip requests, comments, and data in PLM systems.
Create and manage excel fabric charts following seasonal development of divisions fabrications.
Organize and track incoming and outgoing development materials.
Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and development documents
Provide additional administrative and project support to leadership and the broader team
