Requirements

Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and learn quickly.
Strong communication skills both verbal and technical writing
Ability to work alone and/or with limited supervision.
Good working knowledge of testing techniques such as spectroscopy, titration, and HPLC.
Understands engineering principles and techniques related to area project activities.
Proficiency with personal computers and industry-standard software applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project etc.).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

Good working knowledge of electrochemical analysis (Cyclical voltammetry, cyclical voltametric stripping)
Experience in semiconductor industry
Proficiency in Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese

Responsibilities

Act as a main technical contact for field and customers on ECI applications.
Work closely with field and customers to understand process challenges and provide optimized metrology solutions.
Support tool NPI installation, qualification, and production ramp at customer sites.
Deliver timely troubleshooting and resolution for application-related issues.
Develop collateral material used to support field resolution of metrology issues
Develop and deliver training programs
Support advanced semiconductor applications in plating and WET cleans.
Assist in developing new use cases and expanding ECI capability in emerging areas.
Work with R&D and Engineering team on new product definition, risk assessment, package design, modeling and simulation to drive improvement
Provide feedback on application gaps, customer needs, and competitive insights.
Collaborate with field service engineers to ensure tool performance and uptime.
Align with global application teams to leverage best practices.
Oversee assigned project schedules with internal and external team, ensure on-time delivery
Perform typical and atypical lab and demo tests to understand customer concerns and determine possible root causes of process issues
Ensure measurement accuracy, repeatability, and correlation to customer reference methods.
Support both inline process control and offline characterization use cases.
Communicate customer level reports identifying process issue, test procedure and results, and next steps
