About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Development Analyst (Market Insight) to define and execute impactful marketing strategies for our innovative products. Responsibilities

• Develop compelling positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiates the product in the market.
• Brainstorm innovative product ideas and define product specifications, features, and performance requirements.
• Conduct deep market research and trend analysis to identify new growth opportunities, potential risks, and strategic product gaps. Maintain comprehensive profiles on key competitors and emerging technologies.
• Partner with product development, sales, e-commerce teams to support product lifecycle management and gather insights into continuous improvement.
• Actively participate in high-level buyer and key account meetings to understand retailer needs, present strategic roadmaps, and gather actionable feedback to influence future strategy.
