About The Position

The Product Manager / Program Manager – Tolling Solutions is responsible for managing the lifecycle of tolling products, applications, and technology solutions. This role oversees product development, operational governance, and reporting, ensuring alignment with business objectives and roadmap priorities. The position serves as a key liaison between operations leadership, business units, and technical teams to deliver reliable, customer‑focused solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 7 or more years of experience in technology, product development, operations, or related fields
  • Experience managing product lifecycles, technology solutions, or operational programs
  • Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams in a delivery environment
  • Strong understanding of product delivery processes and operational governance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience supporting transportation, tolling, or large‑scale operational systems
  • Experience working with business intelligence and reporting tools
  • Experience in product management, program management, or technology integration roles
  • Familiarity with operational reporting standards and performance metrics

Responsibilities

  • Manage research, design, enhancement, and qualification of tolling products and technology solutions
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure product requirements are met and solutions transition successfully into production
  • Define and support delivery schedules for product releases, feature updates, and maintenance cycles
  • Act as a technical consultant to operations teams, supporting testing, validation, and evaluation of new technologies
  • Ensure product and technology specifications align with business objectives and operational needs
  • Oversee end‑to‑end product delivery including timelines, dependencies, and execution
  • Develop and maintain a centralized inventory of products, applications, and solutions
  • Track and report on operational initiatives in alignment with established reporting standards
  • Monitor inputs from business units to ensure solutions meet functional and performance expectations
  • Identify opportunities for optimization, lifecycle replacement, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with business intelligence teams to develop dashboards and reporting tools
  • Ensure standard operating procedures are created, maintained, and consistently applied
  • Act as the primary liaison between operations leadership, business teams, and technical teams
  • Coordinate communication across stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and priorities
  • Provide visibility into product performance, risks, and delivery status
  • Develop a strong understanding of operational workflows and systems to support strategic initiatives
  • Contribute to roadmap planning and execution of technology and product improvements
  • Support innovation and evaluation of new solutions to enhance operational efficiency
  • Support continuity of operations during high‑priority or emergency situations
  • Assist with additional duties as required to support ongoing operations and initiatives
