About The Position

Cintas Global Supply Chain is seeking a Product Developer I to manage small to medium-sized apparel product development projects through completion in accordance with the Global Supply Chain division’s vision and strategies. The role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to support a competitive advantage in the marketplace. It manages project timelines, objectives, and deliverables while mitigating risk and continuously learning across assigned projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic knowledge of garment construction and enthusiasm to learn.
• Ability to analyze and use data to solve problems or make recommendations.
• Basic understanding of processes, reporting, and tools used to guide decision-making.
• 0–4 years of garment product development or business experience.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in apparel product development, merchandising, or fashion.
• Experience with Yunique/PLM.
