As the second Product Designer at Pogo, you'll help lead the product design and creative direction for our new consumer insights product, which allows brands/retailers to connect with millions of purchase-verified consumers. This platform will ultimately be used by some of the largest companies in the world. Specifically, you will: Design core product experiences end-to-end, from early exploration through launch and iteration for our up-and-coming B2B platform and consumer app with 3 million users (and growing) Craft polished, delightful interfaces that build trust and showcase the power of our data and AI technology Sweat the details - layout, typography, spacing, color, motion, interactions Help define the product roadmap and lay the foundations for our design language, systems, and culture. Find creative ways to ship high-quality work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, startup environment Be 1 of 2 designers (for now), working cross-functionally with engineering and GTM
