About The Position
Enaimco’s mission is to give heavy industry the ability to manage and understand their assets remotely — starting with subsea, one of the world’s toughest environments. Our customers run critical offshore operations daily, and they rely on us to make complex workflows simple, reliable, and intuitive. We’re looking for a Product Designer to help shape the user experience and visual design of our platform. You’ll work directly with developers, engineers, and customers to turn complex workflows into clear, powerful tools that solve real operational problems.
Requirements
- Experience designing web applications or SaaS products — not just marketing websites.
- Experience working with complex workflows, dashboards, or data-heavy interfaces.
- Ability to work well in a startup environment. You should be resilient, collaborative, and thoughtful about balancing speed vs. quality depending on the situation.
- Comfortable using Figma (or similar tools), prototyping tools, and collaborating within software development workflows.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
- Thoughtful opinions on how AI tools can support design and prototyping workflows.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with industrial or technical domains (oil & gas, engineering, field software).
Responsibilities
- Design workflows and interfaces that are core to our product experience.
- Work closely with users to understand their challenges, test ideas, and refine solutions through feedback and iteration.
- Collaborate directly with developers, product management, and other team members on a daily basis. We communicate heavily and work closely together to solve problems early.
- Apply your skills to a unique product space — including 3D virtual environments and other novel interaction models designed to improve operational clarity and efficiency.
- Contribute to the evolution of Enaimco’s design system to improve consistency and scalability across the platform.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs that balance usability, clarity, and speed.
- Help foster a strong user-focused culture across the company.
