Requirements

3+ years of relevant industry experience in leading design in senior roles within SaaS products.
Ability to create design deliverables for the entire user experience, including design visions and initial concepts, workflows, wireframes, and polished visual designs.
Portfolio showing both Web and Mobile, with examples of shipped products including specific contributions in the design directions and decisions.
Experience incorporating findings from user research into designs and collaborating with UX research and content design.
Passion to solve bigger problems and identify opportunities to improve product experience.
Knowledge of French is required for permanent positions in Quebec, to enable the incumbent to communicate as needed with colleagues, partners and suppliers in Quebec.
Fluency in English is required for this position in order to communicate with colleagues, customers and partners (or suppliers) who are mostly located outside Quebec.
For positions in research and development, it is also necessary to understand the technical and scientific documentation of our industry, most of which is available in English.

Experience in vertical markets, like Healthcare, Automotive, Education, and Insurance is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with your trio—engineering and product partners—as well as key stakeholders across the portfolio.
Drive end-to-end experiences by creating low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity design assets, journey maps, and service blueprints.
Own customer outcomes and drive a holistic, end-to-end vision for the user experience.
Facilitate design reviews, critiques, and workshops to ensure seamless stakeholder collaboration.
Leverage user feedback and data to inform design decisions, partnering with product management to help shape strategic direction.
Develop design concepts and solutions rooted in user needs, product vision, and technological capabilities.
Work with cutting-edge AI tools, bringing an AI-curious mindset to experiment and develop innovative, user outcome-focused design solutions.
