About The Position

We invest in state-of-the-art machinery to make it happen. As our Product Designer, you'll create the collections from fresh concepts and artwork to finished products in our stores. You'll bring Hawaii's culture and spirit into every design, have room to explore, and grow alongside a supportive team that loves to create.

Requirements

2+ years of graphic design or product design experience
Advanced Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign skills
Strong vector art and typography skills
A great eye for color, layout, and detail
Organized and able to manage multiple projects on deadline
A collaborative spirit and clear communication
A portfolio showing your creative range (required)

Design new collections that celebrate island life and local culture
See your designs in our stores across the islands
Bring ideas that matter to a small team where everyone has an impact
Take ownership of collections and grow with a team that trains, shares knowledge, and supports each other
Research trends and spot new product opportunities
Create mockups, samples, and production-ready art
Create custom designs for business clients
Learn our machines and materials so your designs are ready for production
Work hands-on with laser, UV, and sublimation in our on-site factory
Support projects across CocoNene and Pictures Plus
