About The Position

Our client is a leading global independent investment banking advisory firm known for delivering strategic solutions to corporations, financial institutions, and governments. As part of its ongoing digital transformation, the firm is expanding its UX/UI team to build intuitive, enterprise-grade products and scalable design systems. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with product and engineering teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. They are looking for a Product Designer with deep experience in design systems and knowledge of front-end development to help create scalable, accessible, and high-quality user experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating consistent user experiences, has strong visual and interaction design skills, and is comfortable translating designs into production-ready code or collaborating closely with engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or related roles.
• Experience designing and maintaining enterprise-scale design systems.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, variables, auto layout, and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, visual design, typography, and information architecture.
• Familiarity with design tokens, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design principles.
• Experience collaborating within Agile product development teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating product design work and design system contributions.

Nice To Haves

• Experience building responsive web applications.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with React and component-based architecture.
• Experience with Storybook or similar component documentation tools.
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Radix UI, or similar component frameworks.
• Experience integrating design systems with developer workflows.
• Understanding of CI/CD workflows and front-end build tooling.
• AI-assisted design workflows
• Motion design and micro-interactions
• Cross-platform design systems (Web, iOS, Android)

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-centered experiences across web and mobile products.
• Own and evolve the company's design system, including components, patterns, tokens, documentation, and governance.
• Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, user flows, and interaction specifications in Figma.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure design fidelity throughout implementation.
• Build and maintain reusable UI components using modern front-end technologies.
• Define and promote accessibility, usability, and responsive design best practices.
• Work closely with Product Managers to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into product improvements.
• Establish design standards that improve consistency and efficiency across teams.
