About The Position
The Product Design Intern position will work closely with our Product Development and Merchandising teams, contributing to the creation of innovative, high-end products that resonate with our discerning clientele. You will balance managing your own design projects with assisting a dedicated Senior Designer, who will provide mentorship and guidance throughout your internship.
Requirements
- Capability to manage and assist with multiple projects and deadlines.
- Collaborative attitude, able to work with our team.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop) and CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, Rhino, or Fusion 360).
Responsibilities
- Assist a dedicated Senior Designer, supporting their projects while receiving guidance and mentorship.
- Create high-quality sketches, renderings, and technical drawings using industry-standard tools to effectively communicate design concepts to internal teams and external partners.
- Contribute to cross-functional team discussions to ensure design aligns with brand standards and customer expectations.
- Conduct research on market trends, materials, and manufacturing processes to inform design decisions.
