About The Position

We are seeking an outgoing and organized Business Development & Product Demo Intern to support our sales and client outreach efforts. This individual will conduct product demonstrations, make outbound calls, schedule meetings, follow up with prospective clients, and coordinate sales activities. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in gaining hands-on experience in technology sales, SaaS, recruiting, and business development.

Requirements

• Current college student, recent graduate, or individual seeking experience in sales or business development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making cold calls and presenting through video meetings.
• Professional, confident, and personable.
• Organized and able to manage scheduling and follow-up activities.
• Willing to learn new technology and explain it clearly to others.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, or appointment setting is helpful but not required.
• Interest in SaaS, artificial intelligence, recruiting technology, or government contracting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual product demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Learn the platform and clearly explain its features and benefits.
• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
• Introduce the platform to decision-makers and generate interest.
• Schedule demonstrations and coordinate meetings with prospects.
• Send meeting confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications.
• Track calls, meetings, prospect responses, and follow-up activities.
• Help qualify prospects and identify their hiring and staffing needs.
• Assist with preparing demo materials, talking points, and presentations.
• Coordinate internally to ensure meetings and follow-up actions are completed.
• Collect feedback from prospects and share relevant insights with the team.
