About The Position

JPMorgan Chase is seeking individuals for Product Delivery roles. These positions involve designing process and technical architecture, integrating with reference data and downstream systems, and customizing data models and validation frameworks to improve system scalability and cost-efficiency. The role includes developing market-specific instruction formatting and compliance rules, translating quantitative information into actionable insights, and designing interactive reports and dashboards. Responsibilities also encompass data structuring, query optimization, supporting application development for data transfer files and service payloads, and conducting exploratory data analysis to extract, clean, transform, and load data from large enterprise databases.

Requirements

3- or 4-year Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Computer Science, or related field of study.
6 years (72 months) of experience in the job offered or as Product Delivery, Business Analyst, Acceptance Testing, or related occupation.
Five (5) years of experience with developing asset management software.
Five (5) years of experience applying capital markets domains and integrating Instruction Capture applications into a broader banking technology ecosystem.
Five (5) years of experience harnessing data through a technology stack and integrating it into a client dashboard to provide a comprehensive view of client assets and activities.
Five (5) years of experience writing optimized queries in SQL to extract data for internal metrics and client facing reports.
Five (5) years of experience using AI tools, including Large Language Models (LLM), to evaluate analytical results and prepare dashboards that support management decision-making.
Five (5) years of experience contributing to application development using Agile methodologies by writing Jira stories and reviewing business requirements with various stakeholders in the securities services industry.
Five (5) years of experience applying Swift ISO 15022 and ISO 2022 to map attributes to Instruction Capture formats such as XML and LDM in processing the instructions through different technology stacks.
Five (5) years of experience coordinating with different banking stakeholders to define and deliver products that meet business objectives.
Five (5) years of experience using project management tools, including Jira and Confluence to track progress and deliver projects on time.
Three (3) years of experience conducting exploratory data analysis within enterprise databases to extract, clean, transform, and load data using SQL Developer.
Three (3) years of experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing data remediation plans to resolve workflow process quality issues by streamlining and standardizing processing.
Any amount of experience authoring technical business documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and system flowcharts.
Any amount of experience using AI for practical applications including automated requirement and instruction capture from multiple sources, AI-driven analysis for completeness, clarity, and risk, continuous improvement through feedback and analytics, and streamlined documentation and version control.
Any amount of experience using Confluence for centralizing documents, collaborative editing, structured templates, Jira integration, attachment support, knowledge sharing and search, and workflow automation.
Any amount of experience creating metadata repositories, data dictionaries, and documentation for data lineage and system integration points.
