About The Position

Help deliver reliable, customer-ready experiences by strengthening how we test and validate product changes. In this role, you will partner across product and technology teams to execute user acceptance testing, manage defects, and share clear testing status. You will bring structure, curiosity, and attention to detail to ensure changes meet business requirements and quality standards. As a Product Delivery Associate in the Card Installments user acceptance testing team, you execute testing activities across multiple initiatives to help ensure releases meet business requirements and quality expectations. You define test scope and coverage from requirements, execute test cases, manage and triage defects, and provide clear reporting to stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field of study, or equivalent relevant experience
  • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or user acceptance testing, including hands-on test execution and defect management
  • Experience designing and executing functional and regression test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Experience using bug/defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, HP ALM/QC, or equivalent)
  • Experience following defined testing processes, procedures, and metrics
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize work, and meet delivery timelines
  • Ability to analyze detailed requirements, document questions and gaps, and drive timely clarification with partners
  • Written and verbal communication skills to deliver clear, structured status updates and testing outcomes to stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with test automation concepts, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, Java)
  • Experience with API testing and/or API test automation tools (e.g., Rest Assured, SoapUI, Postman)
  • Experience working in agile delivery environments, including participation in ceremonies and iterative release cycles
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills to identify root causes, assess impact, and recommend practical testing approaches
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining organization and delivery discipline

Responsibilities

  • Support the testing lead in planning and executing application testing across complex, technology-driven programs and agile delivery teams
  • Review business requirements to define test scope, test coverage, and level of effort for assigned initiatives
  • Create, maintain, and execute functional and regression test cases and test scripts
  • Document defects with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence, and participate in defect triage and prioritization discussions
  • Track test execution progress, defect status, and key risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders on a regular cadence
  • Partner with product owners, developers, analysts, and distributed team members to coordinate testing activities and resolve testing blockers
  • Identify testing dependencies and contribute to plans that improve the team’s ability to execute testing efficiently over time
  • Support automation efforts by collaborating on opportunities to automate repeatable test scenarios where appropriate
