About The Position

This is a highly impactful, hands-on role owning analytics strategy and influencing product direction. The Product Decision Scientist works closely with the Clinician Enablement & Ecosystem Product team to deliver measurable business impact and support data-driven decisions. The work includes meeting reporting needs, optimizing product experiences, prioritizing features, and informing strategy through light experimentation and data analysis. The role also collaborates closely with product teams based in Ireland.

Requirements

1 to 3 years of experience with expert-level SQL skills, including analysis of large, complex datasets.
1 to 3 years of Power BI experience.
1 to 3 years of Python experience for analytics, such as Jupyter notebooks and pandas.
1 to 2 years of stakeholder management experience, including building relationships and explaining technical details to non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with Claude Code or similar AI tools.
Familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Adobe Analytics.
Strong analytical, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with DBT or similar data engineering tools.
Basic knowledge of A/B testing.
Bachelor's degree, specialized training, or a relevant professional qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Own analytics strategy and influence product direction.
