About The Position

The Boeing Company is seeking a Mid-Level Product Data Management Specialist to support the C-17 Configuration Management team in Warner Robbins, GA. This role is responsible for administering Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and Supplier Data Requirements Lists (SDRLs), maintaining and distributing CDRL delivery performance metrics, and updating desktop instructions and associated command media. The position supports the C-17 Sustainment and Developmental programs, requiring daily interaction with military customer personnel. The selected candidate must be adaptable to different work cultures, work within strict contractual timelines, and respond promptly to ad hoc customer requests. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a self-starter, and committed to first-time quality and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience reviewing Engineering Change Proposal documentation to assess and determine scope impacts for potential new work
  • 5+ years of experience with Contract Data Management and/or Supplier Data Management
  • 3+ years of experience, skill, and ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data
  • 3+ years of experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery
  • 1+ years of experience demonstrating the ability to utilize technological tools (e.g., PC's, web sites) and business system applications to manage, synthesize, and interpret data relevant to workloads and delivery schedules
  • Must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements (U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62)
