Budge Studios is looking for a detail-oriented Product Data Analyst to join our team in Montreal. Your mission is to act as a data investigator: ensuring our data remains reliable, catching anomalies before they impact decisions, and translating complex data from multiple sources into actionable learnings. Requirements

2–4 years in data or product analytics, ideally within mobile apps or gaming.
Proven proficiency in Amplitude & Tableau to build & maintain dashboards.
Advanced Google Sheets skills for data modeling and cleaning.
Strong grasp of retention cohorts, funnels, and ROAS/LTV metrics.
A "data detective" mindset for spotting anomalies and inconsistencies.
Ability to easily translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Highly organized and capable of managing projects with high data integrity.
Ability to navigate granular data while focusing on big-picture goals.

Responsibilities

Maintain the reliability of our analytics stack as the organization’s single source of truth.
Extract & compile UA data to identify scaling opportunities in order to maximize ROAS.
Aggregate & compile data from many sources using Excel & Sheets to bridge insights.
Perform deep cohort analysis in Amplitude to uncover behavioral trends & forecast LTV.
Build high-level Tableau reports that distill the big picture for executive decision-making.
Monitor product performance across a portfolio of 25+ apps to spot outliers & anomalies.
Benchmark Budge apps through a standardized analytics stack to identify opportunities.
Design & analyze multivariate tests to significantly improve the product performance.
Propose proactively feature improvements based on data-driven analysis & learnings.
Communicate insights effectively through clean, actionable reports and presentations.
