As the NFS Product Team, we focus on defining product strategy, improving data integrity, and enabling optimized, automated, and data‑driven insights for our customers across Network, Facilities, Field Teams, and Business Partners. Our role is to understand user needs, translate them into clear product direction, and guide our solutions as they evolve, leveraging data and emerging technologies like AI to scale responsibly. If you’re interested in learning how products are managed from vision to delivery, enjoy working across technical and business stakeholders, and want to contribute to solutions that support some of Comcast’s most critical infrastructure, this is an opportunity to grow, learn, and make a real impact. You’ll work closely with product managers, data teams, engineers, and stakeholders to analyze product data, improve data integrity, and evaluate opportunities to leverage AI as we scale our platforms. In this role, you will help tackle real, impactful challenges, such as: Analyzing product and operational data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve data integrity. Supporting the definition and tracking of product metrics, KPIs, and dashboards that inform roadmap decisions. Evaluating how AI and automation can be responsibly introduced into existing workflows to improve efficiency and insights. Translating business and operational needs into clear analytical questions and product requirements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand how data flows through our products and where it can be improved or scaled. You will contribute directly to products that power data-driven decision-making for critical Comcast operations. Your work will help improve the accuracy, reliability, and usability of data used by Network, Facilities, and Field Teams—enabling better planning, faster insights, and more scalable solutions.
